These terms apply when you purchase training packages or subscriptions from us online.

1) The contract

When you place an order and we confirm it (e.g., by email or via your account), a contract is formed between you and The Athlete Focused Group Ltd.

2) Eligibility

You must be 18+ to purchase unless a parent/guardian purchases on behalf of a minor and supervises use.

3) Our services

We provide training packages and related digital content/services as described on the checkout page and/or product page at the time of purchase.

We may update programme content over time to improve it, provided the overall service remains as described.

4) Pricing, VAT and payment

• Prices are shown in GBP (£).
• We are not VAT registered, so VAT is not added. If our VAT status changes, prices and invoices may change accordingly.
• Payments are processed via Stripe. You must ensure your payment details are valid.

5) Subscriptions and renewals (if applicable)

If you purchase a subscription:

• Your subscription renews automatically at the billing frequency shown at checkout (e.g., monthly) until cancelled.
• We will charge your saved payment method on each renewal date.
• You can cancel via your account settings or by emailing info@athletefocused.com.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.
