BBC Women's Footballer of the Year, Kim Little: 'Andrew [Athlete Focused Co-Founder and Co-Director] has been providing me with an individualised Strength and Conditoning programme for over 12 months.  This has increased my level of performance through its specificity and detail to what I need as an athlete at different stages of my season. He tailors my programme to improve my weaknesses and maintain my strengths. He also provides a balance between exercises I enjoy along with ones he knows will challenge me, enabling me to take my performance to the next level on the pitch.'
