My name is Zach Wray, and I am a Strength & Conditioning coach currently completing a degree in Sports Coaching, with plans to progress to a Master’s in Strength & Conditioning. I am undertaking my NSCA certification and will be starting my UKSCA in the coming months.
I currently work hands-on with GAA athletes, delivering both pitch-based conditioning and gym-based strength programmes. My main areas of interest are developing strength, speed, and aerobic capacity in field-sport athletes, with a strong focus on high-quality movement, long-term athlete development, and evidence-based practice.
I am highly motivated to continue learning and progressing within applied S&C environments, with the goal of becoming a highly effective practitioner who helps athletes perform at their best.
