Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our training packages and subscriptions.

1) Cooling-off (distance selling) — consumers

If you are a consumer buying online, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of purchase in many circumstances.

Important: If you request immediate access to digital content/services, you may be asked at checkout to:

  • request that the service begins immediately; and
  • acknowledge that this may reduce or remove your cancellation right once performance begins (or once content is delivered), depending on the type of service.

We will reflect the correct position at checkout and in your order confirmation.

2) Subscriptions

Cancel anytime: You can cancel a subscription in your account or by emailing info@athletefocused.com.

Effect of cancellation: Unless stated otherwise at checkout:

  • cancellation stops the next renewal charge
  • you retain access until the end of the current paid billing period
  • we do not usually provide pro-rata refunds for partially used billing periods, unless required by law or unless we agree otherwise in writing

3) One-off packages (non-subscription)

Refund eligibility depends on whether the package has started and whether materials/access have been delivered. Unless otherwise stated at checkout:

  • If you have not accessed materials and the service has not begun, we may refund within the cooling-off period.
  • If access has begun or materials have been delivered, refunds may be reduced or not available, depending on the service and your checkout acknowledgements.

4) How to request a cancellation or refund

Email info@athletefocused.com with:

  • your full name
  • account email
  • order date and order reference
  • the reason for cancellation/refund request

We may ask for evidence of payment and account ownership.

5) Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used via Stripe. Timing depends on your bank/card issuer, but we typically process approved refunds within [5–10] business days.

6) Chargebacks

If you have an issue, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Unnecessary chargebacks can lead to account suspension while we investigate.

7) Faulty service / service not as described

If the service is not provided as described or there is a material fault, you may be entitled to a remedy. Contact us at info@athletefocused.com and we will investigate and offer an appropriate remedy (e.g., fix, replacement access, partial refund, or refund depending on the circumstances).
