Get ahead of the competition this summer with our 1-day Pre-Season Performance Camp; designed to help youth athletes enter pre-season prepared, confident, and ready to perform.
Open to athletes from any sporting background and experience level, this event combines education, coaching, and athlete profiling to provide young athletes with a clear understanding of how to maximise their development during the crucial pre-season period.

Drop‑off: 9:00am
Pick‑up: 3:00pm
Lunch can be added at a cost of £7.50.

09:00 – 09:15 – Arrival
09:15 – 09:30 – Briefing (Set out our plan and goals for the day)
09:30 – 10:00 – Ice Breakers and Team Building
10:00 – 11:30 – Strength and Power Development and Testing
11:30 – 12:00 – Recovery / Free Time
12:00 – 13:00 – Lunch and Education (Training / Recovery / Nutrition)
13:00 – 14:00 – Speed Development and Testing
14:00 – 14:45 – Aerobic Conditioning Testing
14:45 – 15:00 – Debrief
15:00 – Departure
Throughout the day, athletes will receive expert guidance on effective training, recovery, and nutrition strategies to support performance and reduce injury risk as training loads increase. Athletes will also take part in practical coaching sessions focused on developing speed, power, strength, and athletic movement qualities relevant across a wide range of sports.
Alongside the coaching sessions, athletes will complete a series of performance profiling assessments to help identify current strengths, and areas for improvement. We will use personal GPS tracking units, VALD Performance force platforms, and laser timing speed gates; all state-of-the-art products usually reserved for elite athletes. Every athlete will leave with individualised feedback and a clearer understanding of what they should prioritise throughout pre-season to build a strong foundation for the upcoming season.
Whether an athlete is completely new to structured athletic development or already competing at a high level, this camp is designed to provide an engaging, supportive, and challenging environment that helps every athlete progress.
As an optional add-on, athletes can receive a nutritious performance-focused lunch designed to support fuelling, recovery, and energy levels throughout the day.
