This 3 session series is based on acceptance and commitment therapy, with the aim of enhancing your Mental Toughness. Each session is completed over Skype and will last 60 minutes.
In session 1 we will teach you a variety of mindfulness techniques, allowing you to remain in the present moment and perform at your best
In session 2 we will identify a process to gain some distance from difficult thoughts such as "I am not good enough" or "I can’t do this". We will also discuss and identify your values, showing you how to employ them to achieve your long term performance goals.
In session 3 we will discuss any avoidance behaviours that may present, and how they can be damaging for performance. We will then review and reflect on the previous sessions material, ensuring you are aware of how it can be used in a variety of settings.
