Where: Murrayshall Country Estate, Perth

When: Wednesday 15 April

What: A series of golf-specific physical tests followed by a one-to-one discussion about your game, your goals and the best next steps for you.

Who: Testing sessions will be run by Andy Todd and Paul Wilkinson, Directors at Athlete Focused Central, Tayside and Fife.  Andy and Paul are experienced strength and conditioning, and golf professionals who work closely with all levels of golfers to help them improve golf performance.

WHO IT’S FOR?

We work with golfers of all levels from social and competitive club golfers to retired golfers looking to play longer and healthier.

This day is ideal for golfers who want to:

  • Increase clubhead speed and power
  • Improve consistency
  • Reduce injuries and stay pain‑free
  • Understand the physical reasons behind their good (and not‑so‑good) shots
  • Play golf with more confidence

WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY?

You’ll complete a series of golf‑specific physical tests, followed by a one‑to‑one discussion about your game, your goals and the best next steps for you.

Countermovement Jump

This test shows how much power you can produce through your lower body and how evenly you create it, helping us understand your potential for generating clubhead speed.

Sit‑to‑Stand Test

This reveals your lower‑body strength, endurance and left‑right balance, showing how well you can maintain posture and power throughout a full round of golf.

Balance/weight shift testing

This highlights how stable you are in your golf posture and how efficiently you move your weight which has a big influence on your ability to consistently strike a golf ball.

One-to-one Discussion

We’ll chat through your results, your goals and share details around the various golf performance programmes we offer. There will be an exclusive discount for testing day attendees.
